The main transfer activities have been in the field of olive oil, focused on the certification of olive oil reference materials for both physico-chemical and sensory analysis. These campaigns, which have been financed by the the Department of Agriculture end Fishery (Regional Government of Andalusia) from different supply contracts (signed through the OTRI- UGR), represent the first reference materials to be developed for use in olive oil quality control laboratories.
